The cheese taste old because you PROBABLY had the aged 15 year gouda on the amazing cheese platter. This place rocks, every single wine is outstanding, the food is simple and delicious, and the staff if great! Everyone I've talked to said that even though they have not placed any wall decor up, which is quite odd, that the atmosphere in this place is quaint and social. I am making this my Saturday night stop to warm up for downtown

We were pleased with the wine and delicious food so much that we came back for dinner the next day. My husband enjoyed the cheese platter and I loved the steak dinner. The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and efficient. Very nice place to wine and dine. We definitely will come back and would recommend to anyone.

The cheese tastes old and the pricing for one wine glass was 21$!

The wine list is outstanding with 4 long pages of wine by the glass (or bottle) and another menu of bottle-only choices. We went in twice in 2 days and had 5 different wines. All were really excellent. I really don't think it was because we lucked into always hitting what we like. I believe they just don't stock mediocre wines.



The menu is meat heavy so, vegetarians shouldn't expect to have dinner here. There are some nice choices for nibbles on the appetizer list making it a good place to start or finish the evening. And if you eat meat, you could happily stay all night. The waitstaff are knowledgeable and friendly. The decor is charming.
