Horrible customer service! My wife & I own a roofing company. We are currently doing the Howard Johnson hotel which consists of 3 separate building. Its close to 500,000 square of shingles. We recycle shingles on a daily basis. Oir installers are well aware not to put debris or trash in the shingle dumpster, and vise versa. We had gotten 2 separate dumpsters, 1 just for shingles then another for trash. The first building we did, i received an email from Susan, no call! Stated there was trash in the shingle dumpster. I called after receiving the email, no response! Called for the next 3 days. No call back from Susan. I didn't understand why she didn't call initially? So instead of paying $250 for the dumpster, pink trash charged almost $800 for a Mc Donald's bag? Why didn't i receive a call, instead of an email because of the urgency? After waiting 3 days i asked to speak with the manager. What a joke to say this guy "Sean" is a manager! He represented this company very poorly! If an representative of my company talked to a customer the way "Sean" talked to me, he would have been fired on the spot! He acted as a kindergartner would. Called me a liar, when i said they dumped the shingles with no call just email. Since this happened it seems every request we had made about moving our other dumpsters were neglected and put on the back burner simply because i called "Susan" out on her faults! After calling this company originally this past Thursday to have our shingle container dumped and returned to a different building. As of today 6 days later that request hasn't been attended too. It shows lack of customer service! As well as customer appreciation. I don't think the staff in the office is qualified for their position's. They handle situations as a juvenile would. This need to be addressed! We will take our business elsewhere from now on! Call another company, this company is a joke!
