Subject: Excellence

I felt compelled to write this letter. Our management staff couldn't be better. They handle all of my requests immediately.



Luke is a godsend. For he is always on top of everything. He also completes any maintenance issues instantly.



And then there is Cliff. I am so grateful to have him at the pool. He is always polite and courteous. Cliff handles trouble quickly and without disturbing other guests. Now I can't imagine anyone else performing that job. I sincerely hope that Cliff will perform the same job next year.



It's a pleasure living here and I hope to be here for a long time. Please feel free to share this with everyone.
