I'm 100% happy with my fence! In a perfect world everyone would show up when expected and there would be no missed called. We don't live in a perfect world. You have to give enough grace knowing that people are slammed with business and truly do the best they can. You have to over look the fact that we live in a a not so perfect world and look more toward the heart. That said, I LOVE MY FENCE and would recommed Port City fence to anyone who understands that sometimes you have to offer grace and relax enough to know you are not the only one wanting a fence. If you are looking for a perfect company you'll have to wait until you get to heaven but maybe it is not about you looking for a perfect company but being a perfect client willing to offer grace and be a blessing instead of a hindrance. Never bothered showing up even after calling to say he would be late. Both my realtor and the hardware store recommended a different company. I should have listened.
