I'm not quite sure what to say! We took our almost 2 year old in for her FIRST haircut. This was a really big deal and we were very excited. The stylist asked us a few questions about how we wanted her hair cut and the biggest thing was the length of her bangs. We decided that we only wanted them cut to the brow line. Before we knew it the bangs were gone...cut about half-way up the forehead and looked like they had been cut with a jagged hacksaw. I honestly did not know what to say so we paid and ran out of that salon, vowing to never return and to let our friends with kids know of our experience before they spend good hard money on a 5 minute haircut that they could do themselves with a pair of kiddie scissors. I'm very sad that a milestone moment went so horribly wrong...and we have the pictures to prove it!
