I bought a car from a dealership in Raleigh two years ago, and had an awful experience. Walking into Shaeffer BMW, I was at best skeptical, my entire car buying experience there was fantastic. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them. Their staff was friendly, engergetic, and extremely helpful. Their prices were fair, and I would recommend Shaeffer BMW to anyone.

I recently purchased my 6 series from Schaeffer BMW and the car is great. The customer service was excellent there. They helped me with everything that I needed assistance with. The salesman was professional and now I take my car in for service regularly and it always gets done right. I can recommend this dealership!

I went in to purchase a new BMW from Schaeffer BMW and met with the owners son, Turner. He was the most arrogant person that I have ever delt with at any dealership. Just because he is the owners son, gives him no right to talk down to people. Maybe he needs to learn a little bit about the cars that he is trying to sell, rather that toss his name around. His name doesn't mean anything if you don't have an education on the vehicle you represent. I asked him about financing, and he did not know anything about rates of finance, which he should know. His mother stepped in and said that he is just learning. Well, he should not be put in a position to say he knows everything about BMW's if he doesn't. His mother claims to be the general sales manager of the store, and she doesn't know finance rates either. I have purchased 6 BMW's from this dealership in the past and it will be my last one from Schaeffer BMW. I have had excellent service from all the managers and sales personel in the past, but so many things have changed since Anne Schaeffer has taken over as the General Sales Manager and her son as some sort of "manager". MITTY---GET RID OF THEM BOTH BEFORE THEY BANKRUPT YOU!!! They are horrible for the store!! I am going to the BMW store in Myrtle Beach or Raleigh from now on!!!!
