We invested in the 5 star solar and home efficiency package, needless to say it was an investment that we do not regret. The sales rep from Solartyme was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. At first we were hesitant deciding if solar was the right decision for us, however now after owning the system for 3 years we made the right choice! Our power bills from Duke Energy are now less than $40 a month and our home is much more comfortable and energy efficient. Thank you Solartyme for the opportunity to stop wasting power and lowering or our bills across the board!

Made an appt for an estimate -- we're SERIOUS buyers. Rec'd THREE calls to confirm the appt for the next day. Rep was NO CALL - NO SHOW -- 30 min AFTER the appt, I contacted their office -- No APOLOGY, could NOT give me an explanation, & one of them had HORRIBLE telephone manners. IF THEY'RE GOING TO REPRESENT A NATIONAL COMPANY THEY NEED TO GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING !!
