Dr. Forystek spent a total of five minutes with me and in that time she acted condescending, irritated and rude.

I spent an hour waiting to see her. My joints had become painful, my ears were ringing and my gums were in trouble. In the FIVE minutes I was allotted with her, she managed to try to schedule me for a mammogram and a hearing test. She didn't examine my joints or the concerns I had for my mouth. She flippantly told me to go see someone else, so, I did. It turned out I was simply deficient in Vitamin D.

I waited 3 days to see how I felt about the "treatment" I received and then contacted her to request my $100 fee to be returned. I was calm, professional and polite. After waiting for over a month for resolution, I received a certified letter from Dr. Sandra Brannin & Dr. Jonathan Hines telling me that they will "no longer be able to provide medical care". Apparently, questioning the care I did not receive was not acceptable to them.

Is this what they call patient care?
