My experience with Yellow Dog Disc was unacceptably sub par. The customer service was something to be ashamed of. I went to sell a Super Nintendo and about 40 games for all consoles. The workers were not helpful or even seemed willing to be helpful. I had to bring the system and games by 3 times, the first two there was no cash in the store. Tim was the worst of all. His customer service was so despicable. He was demeaning, condescending, unhelpful, and wanted to cheat us on the value of our system. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Don't bother! This place is awful. They are all rude and act like they are doing you a favor if they offer you pennies on the dollar for games and CDs. I'd rather give my stuff to goodwill than go back in there.
