The pressure he put on the expansion tank caused a tiny crack in the Sauter causing a very small leak. I called him within one hour of him leaving and told him what happened and he said put a cup under it and he would come back to fix it whenever. Three days went by and I didn’t hear anything from him so I called and he said he didn’t know when he would get back to fix it so I threatened to stop payment on the check. Then he said he would be back Monday to fix it . We’ll see. My opinion he’s not very professional and I do not recommend them. When you change my regulator on the water coming into the house he put it on upside down causing very low water pressure. When you change my regulator on the water coming into the house he put it on upside down call soon very low water pressure. I told him I had very low pressure and they were over looked at it and said oh it’s on upside down that’s when he changed it and put it on right.
