I can't speak for the entire business but absolutely avoid dealing with Dave Hollingsworth unless you prefer absolutely lousy customer service. He seemingly is a one trick pony,,meaning that if he is "busy" dealing with any sort of daily business he can't manage to even make phone contact to address any issues you may have that directly involves his attention. He is either not that good or just doesn't give a damn...if it is more convenient for him to ignore you....he will. He is a bush league player at best.....

Had my 2008 taxes completed here. Would never use again nor recommend to a enemy. Was charged 300 dollars, which is fine and did not argue for a return completed right and did not contain suprises. Well, the return they completed had both. I was not told that they did not factor in interest expense or fees to the IRS due to filing late. I recieved notice from the IRS later that I owed intrest and fees. The explanation I was given was that they try to get the best return and that the IRS does not often charge for late interest? What? The IRS is known for cutting breaks and they did not feel that the IRS would catch that? I respect trying to get the best return but what good does that do me if I get audited? There are a number of other businesses that you can get your taxes done in town. I was told to late by others that dealing with them is a nightmare. I would not utilize this as your place for accounting work. You want to find a place that will be upfront with you and not leave suprises for you after your fees to them are long ago paid. Upon informing the agency that I owed the fees the ignored me and did not want to address the topic. I was disappointed and want to avoid the disappointment of others.
