Wanted a simple date added to my mother in law's headstone, first was told had to pay in advance. We did so and discovered job was never done, called back, was told they would take care of it, then later told was done. Again not true. Called back, told this time would do for another $250 "at cost." Why would we give them more money after they failed to do the job the first time? Of course they never returned what we paid originally.
