The manager Tammy is a evil mean hateful b word, and her assistant Destiny is twice as bad, she is vindictive, she lies makes up stories and has people staying in her home which is a village square apartment, she co Hans with her boyfriend (who also works for the apartment complex) and his children., Destiny's soon to be / wanna be children do as they please, throwing down trash, parking bikes is bushes or where ever they want, they ride scateboards on the sidewalks in front of others apartments at all hours of the night, the tenant in unitE is friends of hers so there is no issue but the last tenet in apartment D was lied about when she was not even home, she was in the hospital and Destiny proceeded to tell lies and cause problems for the tenant from day one of the tenant moving in. I don't see how 2 people working with only 2 children of co leader could live there and pay a small rent amount, when they let people move in with them every other month, since a tenant is only allowed to have 3 over night guest per month.. I would not recommend these apartment to anyone. They are pick and choose kept and Brian from maitnance will even replace smoke detector batteries for you but you will be charged for it as well as being charged for batteries, even if previous batteries are present. He will say you only have two when he is holding 3 in his hand. Sorry people to rent from and sorry employees. NO IM NOT A TENANT but I have a right to express how I feel in regards to how I witnessed a person be treated.
