About Us Heritage Associates real estate office has been located in the center of Wilmington since 1972 when Jerry Osler started the business. That was before the multiple listing service worked very well - Realtors typed up fact sheetsabout properties on the market and distributed them rather informally. Only the truly persistent buyers could see everything on the market! Our office moved around the corner in the late 1970's and has stayed next to the Old Red Mill Restaurant and Inn on Route 100 North ever since. Fortunately for all of us, the real estate business has continued to evolve - no longer do buyers ( and Realtors ) flip through outdated multiple listing service catalogs featuring blurred black and white photos. Color digital photography has greatly improved your view of what's for sale. Internet-based multiple listing services bring updated information to websites and www.realtor.com instantly. Nothing can replace the human touch in buying and selling real estate and that is where we are still the best - we listen to what you want and then we go find it!
