Worst customer service ever! Due to the memorial day holiday my insurance payment was late getting to my insurance company therefore resulting in a lapse in my coverage for two days. My insurance company made it right but Cheap Ride still insisted on Repossessing my truck and charging me $350 fee. My insurance Company even called them explaining to them what happened and said there was no lapse in coverage and it was reinstated but there was no reasoning with them they would not return my truck until I paid them $350 which I think is absolutely ridiculous. I'm a business owner and would never treat my customers the way they treated me. If I didn't have so much money already invested in my truck I would've told him where to shove it. I will walk before I would ever buy another vehicle from this place.

They got me into a car for a great price. It was a pretty simple deal really... good payment and a pretty good car. Other than not wanting to take my trade in it went well.

I felt they took good care of me. I got an older car with a couple of problems they addressed before I even took the car. They financed me without a credit check which was good. Good rate and easy payments. I am very happy with Cheap Ride.

I would recomend them if you have any credit issues! Those people down the street that offer a dollar down to anyone can take a hike! Liers! Cheap Ride did it for me! Got a great truck! Little bit pricey... but you do what you gotta do! I guess it's the price you pay for bad credit. I was treated well.

They worked with me which no one else would do. Bad credit from divorce. Bought off 301 location... friendly people there. No issues so far. My truck runs great and have had no problems since purchase. I will go back.

Had a good experience. Bought first car out on 301 with some mind issues which were always fixed. Bought this car on Nash Street. Salesman was a bit lazy but helpful. I have marginal credit and they have always been able to help me out credit wise.

I actually had a great experience at Cheap Ride Auto! I could not get financed anywhere in Wilson due to a divorce... but they helped me get into a very good car. My down payment was fair and the monthly payments were actually less than other folks wanted. The salesman was very helpful and friendly... and made it an easy experience! I will be back!
