False promises and poor service is what you are purchasing. My experience at the business was horrendous. I reserved to have a large tent for my mother-in-law's 50th birthday 2 weeks prior. Amongst reserving this tent, I provided my card information, which guaranteed me that I would have a tent. To ensure my tent had fully been reserved I called the business one week later. A gentlemen assured me that I was in the system for a tent rental on the specified date. Two days before the big event, the business told me I had been placed on a waiting list. I was shocked and appalled that I had 2 conversations with this business, credit card information provided, and yet somehow I had been placed on a waiting list?! I was told by a woman that she was sorry and their was nothing that could be done. I would definitely not rent or reserve anything from this business. Because you may just be signing up to be on a waiting list.
