The reception - a short tempered young white(he let me feel my skin color with attitude, hope I am wrong) chap possibly playing some game in the pc with sun-glass on, let me know they are busy enough with plenty of orders and inquired about my insurance etc. While asking about what extra features they may provide (value add is a well know term in this ear of close competitions) so that I will not go to his competition, he shrugged and told he will not beg in front of me. Asking quotation for my car's body damage seemed to be sin to this guy. He felt so irritated talking to me within that very 3-4 minutes that he adamantly said how many times he needed to tell me the same thing!



SEO, online review, referral customers - forget all these, do not we deserve to be treated as a human being? I am not sure whether that guy was just an uneducated employee or a spoiled kid of the owner or recently got broken up with his girlfriend - I do not care. But, I wish he just continues this kind of behaviors and loose potential customers within maximum of 5 minutes of discussion. Keep it up dude!

I am very please with the repairs that Auto Body of Wilson performed on my Suzuki grand vitara. They kept untouched with me, keeping me informed about my truck. Thanks guys

I have never been as disappointed in quality of work, customer relations and service as I have had with Wilson Auto Body. I took my vehicle to Wilson Auto Body following an accident. After picking up my vehicle following repairs, I found that the door was not hung correctly was missing a actual pieces of the door. My air conditioner no longer functioned and a tire pressure sensor was not working. After taking it to the repair center 3 more times, the repairs remain faulty. On the third visit I was yelled at by the owner and my concerns were dismissed- I will never recommend them and I would encourage you to seek repairs elsewhere
