I purchased a sign a few years back and I tell you it was amazing!!!!!! Very artistic people and will make a sign or whatever you it is you need.

5 stars? where's the -5 stars at? Terrible service by far. I agree with Phil Jones. I was given the same service he was given. We took a sign in to be repaired and we were told one price but yet ended up paying $100 more than we were quoted. Professional? Not. We were told it'd take a couple of weeks but yet it took a couple of months and when we got it back, it still did not work after being OVER-charged. When we called him to tell him it was not fixed, it took him another month to have it picked back up and then it took him another two months just to get it back(still does not work). Called the owner and he told us he'd stop by on the way home from work which was over two weeks ago and has yet to arrive. He is also not answering the phone. With myself being female, he did not even help me carry the sign with the sign being half my size to my car which I had to park a block down because there is no parking in front of his business. When i'd said something to him about my sign, he'd carry out the whole process giving me a sad story trying to make me feel bad about the situation which would prolong the situation for him. There are too many other wonderful sign shops in Wilson to put up with what we have been through with the service given here. I have found these shops to have way better service, 243-SIGN, Signs Now and A+ Graphixs. Don't pay anyone to treat you the way these people have treated us.

The owner told me on 4 occasions my van would be ready...well its not

Wow..talk about run around, Poor customer service..rude staff and my graphics just peel off and the owner wont answer my calls

I went in just to have a personalized front license plate made and I ended up also having a custom car decal printed up as well! The owner was professional but also very personable, picking out what I wanted was a breeze and I was able to watch as he created the artwork better than my expectations! I love my purchases and so far I haven't seen any fading or wear and tear on either. I always suggest The Sign Stop now to anyone I know who needs anything like this printed.

The owner is a crook,does shoody work and that hater russian witch that is there...do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I have been using this company for many years for a various of reasons. The staff along with the owner has always been very professional and honest with all my questions and product needs. As well as always providing a top notch product. Would strongly recommend this company over and over again!!

The owner kept promising but never delivered. I finally canceled my order and went to another sign company. I won't be going back.
