While shopping last week someone had the misfortune to miss the toilet out by the self-serve lanes. It was tracked leading to the men's room. Now that was bad enough and I really feel bad for the individual that had the misfortune to encounter such a day. It was very mishandled as I informed a cashier. I heard the announcement so I know maintenance was called. I continued shopping. 15 minutes went by and no came by to clean the mess up. Apparently there was no cones set out to alert for spillage no manager was on top of caring enough to have it cleaned in a timely fashion. If the health department was on the scene it would have a >>B<< Rating

The worst experience ever. My cousin, niece, & I went to the Walmart on Forest Hills. There was not enough lines open so the lines were long as I'll get out. Seriously... I know lines are long, but this was like lines at Christmas time. My niece used the restroom, & forgot her phone. (This I know was her fault,) but I called customer service to see if someone could get it. No one even tried. They were just standing there like they had nothing to do. Lines backed all up, while they stood there talking, & laughing. Uuuggghhh!!! What happened to customer service.
