This is the worst place you could ever even consider getting a car from. Jim and Ethelene Worrell are horrible. If you see this car lot run for dear life. I purchase a 1999 Chrysler 300 from them and it broke down 1 month later. 3 months after that the ECM (computer) went out in it. They cam and towed the car and said they would work on getting it fixed. They have had the car 3 weeks and it is still sitting there. I called today 7/30 and spoke to Ethelene and she started raising her voice and went on to say that I would have to pay the back payments of $600, $150 towing fee, and $ what ever it cost to get it fixed or I could not get the car back. She then hung up the phone. I called back to speak with Jim and he said " You are the dumbest" how is that to talk to a customer. I called the clerk of court and she stated that same dealership has had a judgement on them since 2006, and one lady just went through the same thing with them. I will be consulting a attorney and the BBB, writing a letter to Bob Etheridge, and calling troubleshooter. I will do what it takes to get what I deserve. Fair business. So if you see the name Worrell run for your life!!!!
