Carabella is a member of the Deep Roots Coalition; the well-drained volcanic soils have allowed 100% dry farming of the entire 59 planted acres. Mike Hallock has made pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot gris exclusively from Carabella fruit since the first harvest in 1998. Appointment onlyFarming comes first.
