Provided by YP.comFour months ago Empire botched my $7000 hardwood install. Finally they agreed to schedule new installers to make repairs Again, there was no follow-up from Empire even after the second installers completed their work. Galen Ferro, Installation Manager did not respond to my written concerns regarding warranty issues and damages to my property. Four months later and still not satisfied with the condition of my floors Dean Roberts, Empire Satellite Operations Manager, acknowledged my concerns during his visit and “promised” he would contact us not later than January 22nd regarding compensation. January 29th has come and gone with no call. BUYER BEWARE
