I would actually give Synergy a ZERO star. They have not been good about communicating information with me on the status of my Rotator walker. I have left both voice messages and email message. Out of 10+ calls or emails I have had 3 responses. When I finally received my last email response (over a month ago), I was told the insurance company asked for my medical records and it had been sent to my doctor. When my doctor and I talked, she could not find any request for my medical records. And she has specific information to communicate to the insurance company. It has been close to a year with no progress. They are FIRED!!!! Do not use this company.
