Provided by SuperpagesWe moved our mom out because the Wilsonville could not handle her level of needed care. The Wilsonville billed us for the last two weeks of the month even though my mother was no longer a resident. They are the ones who did not give us a 30 day notice telling us our mother needed to be moved ASAP. A disgraceful thing to do to a family that is already dealing with a horrible situation. All they care about is getting there money. The Wilsonville should be ashamed but of course they are not.

Provided by SuperpagesMy husband and I toured The Wilsonville several years prior to actually needing their services for our mother. We were so impressed with the lodge like atmosphere, the big rock fireplace and baby grand piano plus the 1950's ice cream parlor - that we were ready to move in ourselves! The hair salon and movie room were an added benefit. When our mom was needing 24 hour care we knew right where to place her. The staff was over the top friendly caring and "patient" serving her every need. We realize she was not the typical resident. She was a delight to be around making the caring for her easier than a grumpy OLD person, but they truly were especially tender with her and endeared themselves to her family. They never once overlooked our needs either always offering a cup of coffee, a meal or the forever favorite ... ice cream cone! Thank you everyone from the bottom of our hearts! We would very highly recommend your staff and home.
