Don't even go. And don't believe their timings. I went at 3 40 on a Sunday and a lady , very obnoxious rude lady stopped me at the door and says she had to clean and the last load is at 3 30. Why then mention timings as Sunday 8 am to 5 pm. What is more important? clean laundromat and be home by 5 pm sharp or business from customers ? I guess 8am and 5 pm are the times you start from your house and leave to your house. Today is the Last time I ever step into this wretched
place in my life - a place that doesn't value time.

I rate the Wilton laundromat zero stars! I have been a loyal customer for the past three years now and I go in there and sometimes the machines don't work I put an out of order sign on the broken Machine and shut the lid and never once got my money back over three years pretty sick and tired of this guy taking that out of order signs off of the machine knowing that it's not working and still having people put their money in for real this is wrong and fraud and next time this happens if he does not get a hold of me I will get ahold of the better Business Bureau because what he is doing is wrong to the City Of Wilton
