Rude staff and not friendly at all. We purchased a sofa from them and from the check out to picking it up it was a horrible experience. I will never step foot back in this store.

They sold me a hot plate that didn't work and they refused to take it back. They claimed they test everything before they put it out. The hot plate got warm yes, but not warm enough to cook or boil water. I brought a tea kettle with water and asked them to please see if it works. They refused and instead were verbally abusive. I was shocked at the way the behaved. Such a disappointment that a charitable organization helping animals is incapable of being a decent to other humans.
