I have been in the recovery field going on 7 years now. I can say that being employed at the same facility has given me great insight to what works, what's expected and how to treat the pt. Unfortunately, there are times an experienced, professional, and well run facility as with The Right Place Detox, we are not able to please everyone all the time by any means. We do give our best effort with each individual pt. We continue to focus on each individual and what works for them, always trying to remember that we are dealing with the disease of addiction .... our facility may not be for everyone, but we (I) take great pride in the work we do and am very proud to be employed at TRP!!

As with most businesses, we welcome all feedback so we may continue to improve on our facility and remain a positive source in the recovery industry

The Right Place Detox saved my life! I was at the end of my rope and they helped me get on track. After years of relapsing, I was lucky enough to get into a place where people really cared. Im about to finish rehab now and will finally start life as an adult.

My son was flown down from NYC to Florida for Detox and Rehab. He arrived on Saturday night. There was a pre screen and insurance approval done and it was supposedly OK. So I got a call one hour after he arrived and I thought everything was good. They said since he was just in a Detox that they wouldn't get paid and were not going to keep him. A lady who was supposed to be the director with her broken English said she would keep him overnight so he would not be on the street. What kind of crap is that? They could have waited until Monday and called the insurance and see EXACTLY what the case would be. This showed me they are about one thing and one thing only, THE MONEY ! Steer clear of this place at all costs ! It's not my first Rodeo and I know what I'm talking about having been in recovery since the late eighties myself. This is just a bunch of foreigners playing the Rehab/Detox cash cow game ! Would you potentially want this to happen to your family member? Don't even risk it ! :(
