This store is a joke, they barely get business any way since they can't speak good English. I regret doing business with this mom and pop jewlery store. I purchased 2 rings and they charged me more than James Avery. I was unhappy with my purchase and asked if I could get a refund. I was spoken to in a very un-professional way. His exact words were "No lady, NO! We are very serious business. No refund, no exchange. We are very serious business". Now I'm stuck with two pieces of jewlery that turn my fingers green. Do not waste your time or money. Nothing is 'Just one of a kind' at this store.
