Paul Daigle and J.R. Leblanc have over 25 years combined experience in the carpentry industry. J.R. began helping his father on odd jobs at a young age and took Business management classes after graduating high school. Paul started as a laborer in 1998 and was working as a sub-contractor by 2002. Through the years both guys have been working on projects involving every aspect of home building, from frame to finish. The guys met in 2007 when working on a job framing a new house. J.R. and Paul have been working as a team on many projects since then. They both have the same passion for restoring historic houses. They realized the demand for rot repair and have decided to start Rotgone Inc.
