This business is a complete scam. We ordered shutters for our home in October 2012. It is now March 2013, and we have yet to see any shutters. We have been given excuse after excuse from the owner, Kevin Molton. He has promised time and time again that he has the shutters and that the company will install them. It has been cancellation after cancellation, un-returned phone calls, waiting and waiting, with no results. Kevin has admitted that he has made some poor business decisions. We are so frustrated. At this point, Kevin has stopped returning our calls. We are upset that we have waited this long and still... no shutters.
