Culy Construction & Excavating began as a one-man operation in 1978 and has grown to include more than 40 employees. The company serves customers in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, and Michigan. Culy s customers include government agencies, municipalities, developers and industrial and residential groups. Culy Construction can install valves in live mains. It is one of only two companies in Indian with this capability. Other water-related services include pressure testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, main installation and water control valves. Specialized services offered by Culy include sewer services, storm systems and manhole vacuum testing. Culy Construction & Excavating is based in Winchester, Ind.
