Horn and Associates, Inc. was established in 1990 to provide geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering and related support services. For a variety of reasons, we have evolved into a full service geotechnical and geoenvironmental drilling company, primarily serving consulting firms, private corporations and governmental agencies. Horn and Associates, Inc. operates from a 35,000 sq. ft. office and shop facility in Winchester, Kentucky. These facilities enable us to house and maintain a modern fleet of drilling equipment to efficiently execute the full range of geotechnical and geoenvironmental drilling projects. Horn and Associates can provide the right rig for your project and keep it running until the job is complete. The company is owned and managed by Mr. C. David Horn, PE, a professional engineer with more than 25 years of practical geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering experience.
