Service is very poor!

Every single time, it takes at least an hour and a half on delivery. They will not give a discount on this issue. The food is cold every time. This will be my very last time ordering from them. Ver poor service

We have eaten at Pizza Hut for yrs and both my husband and I have worked at one when we were younger. I don't normally posts things of this nature but I feel I just can not let this go. The Pizza Hut in Winchester, KY on Carol Rd needs much improvement. Not only was the entrance to the store extremely uninviting the staff was no help. My husband stood in line (we were the only ones waiting) for 10 min while I took our younger children to the restroom. In that time, employees complained that they had more customers come in and noone greeted us or offered to assist us in any way. Not wanting to continue this poor treatment, we left the restaurant and ate next door at Fazolis and gave them our hard earned money and enjoyed a very nice dining experience. This Pizza Hut will not receive our business again. Date of visit was 9/1/14 about 7:30pm.
