Marc has enjoyed a successful 20 year career at Southland Industries, a commercial construction industry leader in the San Francisco Bay Area. During his career he was promoted from a journeyman and through the ranks to a General Foreman and finally to a Senior Estimator working on multi-million dollar projects. In every facet of his career attention to detail was crucial. His rise in leadership was due to determined focus, having an eye for detail, and a careful and professional approach to every task placed before him. Marc he has been in the building trades over 25 years with experience working in home improvement, small remodels, property repair & maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and as a CA licensed General Contractor. As a licensed home inspector, Marc received training through Tennessee Real Estate Educational Systems (T.R.E.E.S), Tennessee's oldest and largest real estate, appraisal and home inspection school. In addition, he is a certified member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the largest supplier of education and training in the home inspection industry.
