I’ve been around for 22 years and have an excellent customer service rating and excellent reviews.
I have repaired many of Barts chimneys and can attest to the unquestionable work and ethics of this company. Many of my customers (formerly Barts) have stated that they could never could get their deposit returned. As I tell my customers, go with your gut feeling.

Dealing with Advanced Chimney Services was a utter nightmare. Please save yourself time, energy, frustration and money and hire any other company other than ACT!

They got my chimney swept and ready to go for the upcoming winter. I think we're going to have more snow this year so I am ready!

The woman on the phone was nice and answered all my questions. They came to sweep my chimney and arrived on time and got the work done in a timely fashion. Bart and Hayley are a great team!

They came and installed a cap on my chimney. Now rain and leaves won't get in my house! They have a great sense of humor.

I called ACT to have my chimney swept for the coming winter. They arrived promptly and the staff was able to answer all of my questions I had in regards to a future project I want to do with my fireplace.

I purchased a Gas Fireplace Insert. Paid with my Credit Card over the phone. Had to wait 3 month for delivery. Made numerous phone calls. Bart had excuse after excuse why it took so long. Once it was delivered they never finished the installation and billed me above the estimate. I refused to pay them, so they charged the Credit Card they had on file without my permission for the whole amount. I fought the charge with the Credit Card Company and was ruled in my favor. Never ever give this man your Credit Card. If I could give him less than one Star I would. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Get someone else.

They were very prompt with when they said they would arrive and did an excellent job! I would recommend they to everyone.

Called and made an appointment to have a chimney cleaning. Did not show up or call, have not returned my calls.
