David and Rafael are co-owner of el Palenque Bar & Grill in Winchester. Both with more than 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Born in Winchester Virginia in March 2018, El Palenque Bar & Grill was created with a simple menu, one which reminded us of home and how mom spent her afternoons. Its that same feeling that we try to put into every biteits just simply how we ate.

Order from there frequently, both carry out and dine in. Food is always great.
I order the chimichangas and they are sooo good. will order them to take home
when I don't want to cook, food is ready to go when you arrive to pick it up.
Margaritas are good too when dining in. my go to for Mexican in Winchester and I have lived here for 20+ years
