I went to this Hair Cuttery on my only day off. It was a spur of the moment idea and I wanted to get a partial caramel highlight for summer time. What should have been a quick experience turned into a 8+ hour experience. The stylist and I use that turn loosely said my base color faded and needed to be touched up. I said ok. Well she took a redish chocolate brown to a ashy dark brown almost black. The highlights were a pinkish color. She offered to do the package prior to the color and I said dust the ends. Well needless to say I am missing chunks in my hair and have three different lengths - the back, and the two sides are all different lengths. The manager had to recolor my hair and then itiatially wanted to charge me $144 for this masterpiece. Needless to say I now have my hair in a ponytail and will for quite some time to let it grow out enough to properly get it cut. The manager also said that she has been routinely fixing other mistakes by this girl and others. Word of advise...don't go there unless you want disaster.
