I used to be the biggest supporter of this salon, and would tell everyone I know how amazing it was. But today I went in for my 1:00 appointment with Kyle and waited 30 minutes (without him even acknowledging that I exist) and decided to cancel my appointment and just get a walk-in at the mall the next day. I came back 20 minutes later after running some errands to pick up my boyfriend from his haircut, and the previous client was just finishing up and Kyle expected me to change my schedule around to get my haircut then, and was rude about the whole situation.



I will never go back to "Heaven, the salon experience" after the blatant disrespect for me and my time.

First visit, I won't be returning. interesting place but hair cut was bad...you know how long it takes to grow out a bad haircut. I'm off to the store to buy some cute hats. I took pictures of what style I was looking for, stylist did her own thing, forgetting what I was asking/paying for. The haircut I got wasn't even close to the pictures I brought. I hate that, I've been in the Winchester area for 4 years and can't seem to find a stylist that I'm happy with. :( I'll continue my search for another stylist. I don't mind paying whatever it takes for a great haircut. I'm determined to find what I'm looking for, I know I'll find a great stylist, but my Heaven experience was NOT it.
