Just called to ask about having a door lock changed and he said he's not interested in anything like that and hung up on me. Very rude!

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, ever! We called on a Friday just after 5 due to being locked out of the car. The man who came out made it fairly quickly but was very rude. He parked his pickup in the middle of the parking lot & didnt seem to care that he was blocking anyone. I had to leave so I left my 18yr old son to handle everything. It seemed the man felt like that was his ticket to be even more rude. My son asked for a receipt so that we could turn it into the insurance company. According to my son, the man told him that he couldnt give him a receipt because the office was closed. My son asked how he would get one so we could turn it in to the insurance & was told he guessed he would have to call the ofc on Monday during business hours. The following week I called & an older man answered(not the same one who came out). He was very rude. He asked why we didnt get the receipt on Friday. I advised him what happened. He asked if I was coming to pick one up. I asked if he could fax it & gave him the fax number. After waiting for 2 days, it still hadnt been received. I called back & the same older, rude man answered. I told him that for some reason it was never received. His response was that I should check my fax machine because his fax machine said it was sent. He said that the person that did that wasnt in & i would have to wait. 4 hours later, the insurance company called him as it still hadnt been received. He was very rude to her as well. He cussed @ her & hung up.They had no problem taking our $60 but yet could not provide a receipt for work done. That is ridiculous. I work in customer service and cant imagine ever being that way to people. You do not want to deal with this place unless you like being talked to rudely & you dont need a receipt.

I accidentally locked myself out of my house, and called Marty's to let me in. The person who answered the phone was rude immediately, and spoke with a condescending tone. He said he'd send someone out. An older man met me outside my house, and I noticed his countenance shift immediately after noticing that I am American American. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't let me in because he had no way to know for sure that I lived there, even though I offered to bring up my lease on my iPad and show him some old mail that I had in my truck with the address on it. He kept repeating that he couldn't help me. I sent him away, and will never do business with him again.
