I've been going here over 5 years and love this practice. I have referred many family and friends as well. I've never had an unreasonable wait time, they are kind, thorough, and spend way more time than any other medical practice I've ever been to. I have been very impressed and will continue to go here forever.

There is a another review here that is so grossly inaccurate I have to speak up. That woman is so wrong to think this office operates in the fashion she described. The doctors, PAs, nurses, and staff are all highly attentive to the patients' needs. There have never been any discourteous attitudes displayed nor do I believe there ever were in that woman's case. Sounds to me like she's the discourteous one. I have soooo many friends and acquaintances who go to this practice and they all have the highest regard for everyone there. I say this practice is probably better off that this lady has gone elsewhere. --Kathy Ward

At first I was very pleased with the practice, except I quickly discovered that they are all about money, constantly changing office policy to try to get more money for the insurance company and the patient. For example, changing immunization visits which are nurses visits everywhere else to doctor's visits. Not to mention, if you point out how wrong that is (especially when you were never informed of said office policy change) you will immediately see the true colors of the office. They office staff will turn on you in an instant and treat you more rudely than ever. It is sad that their ultimate concern is not for someone's health, but for the money that you are bringing in. I would never recommend Orchard Family to anyone. There are at least two people I know of that have recently left, and have experienced the same thing. And now Orchard is charging people to leave by outrageously billing patients to have records transferred!!! Do you know of any other doctors' offices that charge for that? I do not. It is a disgrace is my book!
