the groomers were so helpful, I had lots of questions about grooming. the groomer helped and walked me out to the floor to find the best clipper to use for my dog in between grooms

We were recommended Suzie by someone, couldn't be more happier. She is the one! She took the care and time to get to know our pup, we've had some bad grooms before around the area and had given up, but after asking around everyone loves her and so do we! She does a phenomenal job and is such a talented and skilled groomer. When booking make sure to ask for her and tip her for her service!!

We took two collie / lab mix dogs to be "trimmed" when we arrived 3 hours later for pickup our pups where basically sheared and out price service charge had raised 12 a dog because "they were a different coat than expected". Sorry, our dogs do not have hair ro the ground or look like lions. Further they left the hair long on the back of one front paw, which had to be fixed by a second groomer who was in the middle of another dog.
When we said something they hesitated on finding a manager.
Finally after wrestling with 2 scared dogs who were standing there shaking for 20 minutes, the manager did comp the visit.
However, we will not be returning again.

We took our 36-lb. dog, Sidney, there to be groomed and to shop the store and go to dinner while he was being taken care of. He had a female groomer and he just loved her. Sidney is a rescue dog and is often afraid of men, but he was friendly with the male store manager and that made me very comfortable about leaving him there. Sidney came out looking like he was going to be in a competition, so smooth and trimmed and clean as he was. The staff was great and we were so impressed with the work, as well as the fact that Sidney was comfortable. We will be taking him back again.
