Yesterday a huge rock flew out of one of their trucks due to them not legally or properly securing their load. It smashed my windshield. I was on Interstate 81 at the time. This could have been a terrible accident. The driver fled the scene and now State Police is dealing with this. The insurance company is shadily trying to get out of paying for the windshield replacement. Ken Ross the manager not only didnt even ask if I was ok but also has refused to fix it and said to call my insurance company. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company who actually cares abput local residents on tge road. I cant imagine how they would,be in business when they do things like this

I am very disappointed with this service. I bought a house in Winchester in July of 2016. I have had nothing but problems. The first two weeks they didn't pick up my stuff. Then either my recycle or my garbage would be picked up, never both on the right day. When you call the customer care they say the workers have all day to pick it up. I go out this morning again my recycle has not been picked up. Starting to understand why I'm the only one in the neighborhood that has their service. Definitely looking for another company. Work on customer service and promptness of pick ups.
