We recently purchased a home and called to get our iron treatment system serviced. The receptionist couldn't find our address in their system and I told her I wasn't sure who installed it. A service rep came out in a timely fashion and was very nice. The problem? They only service RainSoft filtration systems. Considering they only service one brand of system, could the receptionist not have told me that. Instead I had to pay for the service rep to come to the house, tell me they didn't service our system, test our water, and then recommend a new system they would install. He led me to believe our system was very outdated (7yrs old) and would need replaced soon. I talked with Fergusons in Winchester and described our system and they told us the tanks should last 20 years- just need to be serviced and cleaned. This makes me question the integrity of World Wide Water.

Roy Dixon (owner) was fantastic to work with. Honest, no high pressure sales, dependable. We researched several different systems and they beat out everyone's prices. The technicians came out immediately, very little waiting and were both informative and professional. The system he sold us sells itself. We had a lot of sediment in our water and the system we have completely eliminated that. It is also a no hassle system that requires very little for us to do. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone looking for a water system. I give both the system and the company an A+++ in the product and the service we were given.
