Extremely disappointed in the quality of service and quality of the work done at Passion Nails in Wind Gap. I went there after not having my nails done in quite a long time and decided to pamper myself. I chose this location because I can go there right after work on my way home. These are my nails 3 days after getting them done. They are cracking and peeling off of my nail beds. The shape of each of them is completely different. My service was C rated at best. My hands and fingers don't relax so the employee was snapping his file against my hand to get them to "relax". Aside from that having them nearly peeling off after 3 days is completely unacceptable! I'm a forgiving person but at least put some effort into your quality of work if you're going to charge me for your services. I know my nail beds can be hard to work with and my cuticles are long but the lack of professionalism I encountered was ridiculous.

I have been to many nail places but this one by far is the worst! They don't take the time to do a good job very very sloppy. When I got my nails done they were not the same length and they weren't filed right. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

First off three different people worked on my nails, one would file, one would do acrylic and the guy finished them. Very impolite, kept pushing my hands to the side and complained about previous customer. Not even four days later my nails look horrible. Edges popping up and clumps of acrylic underneath the nail tips. Will never return, nor will I recommend!

I have been to many, many salons over the years. I had the worst experience of my life at this salon. They stated they could do lacquer nails. They striped my nails impatiently to the point of damage. They then proceeded to do lacquer and didn't have proper uv lighting. They restriped my nails again. The damage on my nails is so painful that they are on fire. Then the older female tech laughed and slopped the nail polish on which bubbled up. I will never step foot in that salon again!

This place is FANTASTIC, depending on who you get. It seems that every time I enter the salon I get a different nail technician. The first two guys I got were amazing. They took their time and did a great job on my nails and I was never happier. On the negative side, the last time I went I got a girl who really didn't do a great job. She rushed it and did a nasty-fasty and you could really tell. I was so upset with the job she did I had actually considered never going there again, but then I thought to myself, why not go there and just never let her do my nails. So I would definately recommend this place to anybody, but be careful and avoid that female technician and you'll walk out a happy customer. :)
