Ever since Gennaro Lombardi opened his first pizzeria in New York in 1895, the love for pizza has grown into a $30 billion industry in the U.S. More than 3 billion of them are sold in U.S. restaurants every year, and that doesnt including frozen pizzas.

Very good but used to be better. I used to give Sal's 5 stars. It's the best pizza I've found since moving here from NYC. The problem is the toppings keep getting less and less. I had a pizza delivered recently and I haven't been able to stop thinking about how it looked like there were less toppings than on a Domino's pizza and that's light on the toppings. Maybe because it was delivery they put less on, I don't know. What I do know is that if I'm going to pay $2.50 for a topping I know I can get 3-4 times the amount for the same money buying the topping in a grocery store. The pizza is great but waste of money to get toppings.

GREAT PLACE

The food is excellant, and so are the waitresses. Cathy usually serves us and she is great!!!!!! Their Pizza is the best and also their sandwiches. It has an excellent atmosphere , casual dress and is very clean.
