Provides a nice personalized and human experience with a brick and mortar office that seems to be going out of style. Everyone usually knows our name when we walk in and is very friendly.
Had an issue with a collision recently but they were able to calm me down and get everything organized and back up and running.
Nice location right beside Sheetz in Windber.

Beware of this insurance company! I was a loyal customer for 13 years, but have recently had a terrible experience! FIrst of all, my insurance rates skyrocketed for no reason, I kept trying to get an answer and no one would get back to me. Finally, I got a quote from another insurance company who stated that Nationwide listed an at fault accident on my record...this never occurred. I spent 2 months trying to get this straightened out, and when I finally did...the answer was 'sorry about the mistake' No refund for the higher premiums I mistakenly paid. For this reason, I went with another company. I emailed and called the agency to tell the to cancel my insurance and stop debiting my account. I was assured this was cancelled. A month later, they over draw my account. Barry had the nerve to say 'well sometimes we don't really cancel when people tell us to because they get better quotes from someone else then can't pass a credit check and dont actually get other insurance" I explained that I never received calls back from his agent I had been speaking with regarding the overdraft and that I had proof I cancelled. He was extremely rude. I stated that I was unable to buy diapers for my baby because my account was now overdrawn. He very rudely stated that 'I don't know what your baby has to do with me.' The next day I finally spoke with a secretary at his agency that was nice, but he still instructed her not to return my money immediately, rather mail a check. In fact he even prohibited her from overnighting the check!!! This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with and will NEVER use nationwide again. I hope this review will save someone else alot of time and money.
