The store manager, Mike, has a Napoleon complex. Its his way or the highway. All he cares about is the cute coordinator and not anyone else. Way overworks the yard and that's how they get away with doing drugs. He will run good people off because they don't agree with him. He's protected by upper management for a job he doesn't deserve. They constantly cover up his mistakes and misgivings. Been there long enough and gone through a couple different managers and he is by far the worst manager I've ever come in contact with. Not even corporate cares when they are aware of the situations happening.

AS A RESIDENTIAL CONSUMER, WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT OR THE UNTIMELY SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED. POOR QUALITY LUMBER WAS DELIVERED ON BOTH OCCASIONS. IT TOOK NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO FINALLY GET A RESPONSE AND CREDIT FOR UNUSED MATERIAL. AFTER RECEIVIING THE FINAL LOAD,IT APPEARS THAT WE WILL BE UNABLE TO USE THE BOARDS AS THEY ARE WARPED. PREMIUM PRICE WAS PAID ON DELIVERY DATE. STORE MANAGER ACTED AS THOUGH THESE PROBLEMS THAT WE HAD HAD WITH 84 LUMBER WAS NO BIG DEAL.WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM 84 LUMBER AGAIN AND HAVE TOLD OUR NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS NOT TO SHOP 84 LUMBER AS WELL.WE WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE TO PURCHASE NEEDED MATERIAL FROM HOME DEPOT OR LOWES TO COMPLETE THE ADDITION TO OUR HOME. HOPE THIS WILL SAVE SOMEONE ELSE THE AGGRAVITION THAT WE HAVE HAD WITH THIS COMPANY.
