Dr Brandys is a good surgeon. HOWEVER, during any consult for a colonoscopy be sure to get him to agree to make it mostly painfree. I had had previous ones with no pain whatsoever. My last and it will be my last, was pure torture,,,told them I was in extreme pain and WIDE AWAKE,,,not something you want to be during one of these,,,,,I asked him to just stop the procedure and even contemplated leaving the table but was afraid I would damage the apparatus. Had he stopped when I asked him to or given me some anesthesia, I would have no problems with him. I know he was busy and I was just a number but this was completely wrong! So if you are considering him, be sure to get some sort of comfort promised to you.

This is the friendliest surgeons office I have ever been to. Margie is the best nurse ever!
