The people were nice. However, when showing pictures of what I wanted done the stylist did not ask any further questions and just said ok. I asked for a simple bob that anyone should be able to do...even on someone w/ thin hair, which i have and that is not what i got. too many layering technics used on someone with my hair type. would not go back again...charged too much money ($30.00) for the end result. Which i will now have to wait to grow out.
