I needed my car inspected but wasn't able to contact my regular garage. During this pandemic, I wasn't able to have the car inspected on time and was worried about going to a garage I didn't know and being taken advantage of, since this has happened to me in the past.

Executive Auto was recommended to me, as I'm very careful who I go to being an older woman and due to past experiences. I was afraid if I needed brakes (as I suspected I did) in order to pass, I'd not be able to get it done and had no ride to be able to leave it. I was also concerned about how much it would cost.

But Iwas pleasantly surprised! Sam was able to take me right away and yes, I did need rear brakes. He was able to get the work done while I waited in their beautiful and very clean waiting area. The price was very reasonable too!

Sam couldn't have been more polite, professional or helpful. I will definately be taking my car back to Executive Auto for future repairs and would recommend them to anyone! :D
